I an a wonderful scrapbooking class at the local library today. I had found these pictures of Drew and myself in the pool. Drew was the only Florida Scottie to ever voluntarily go into the pool. Corky had fallen into the pool on the first day at the house. she never went in again. Drew did a “Once and Done” in the pool.  They would run around the pool and touch me on the nose when I swam laps. That was as close as they got.

At least Drew gave it a try before deciding swimming wasn’t her sport or recreational activity. Good for her, and sweet memories.

Corky had fallen into the pool on the first day and never went close enough after. The newbies have not been near the water. I don’t know what Sophie would do, but I would put money on Shelby and Sid avoiding it..

My Westie before me LOVED swimming and on the raft. She was great but I did not know her as I was rescued in her name. Thank you Kenzie, I love my home if not the pool.

OMD, I (Wally) LOVE water. I have my own little splash pool in summer that I love to dig and splash and slosh around in. Sammy on the other paw detests water, he absolutely hates getting wet.
We hope you enjoyed your class.

Our library provides so many wonderful classes and they are all free. They even provide everything needed to complete a project for free. Scrapbooking is the only class where you have to provide anything- photos. I am booked up all of next week with classes. It is just like going to camp.

I did not appreciate the blood running down my arms from her scratching me. Drew was willing to try most things at least once. I miss her.

Shelby and Sidney understand completely. Sophie is a loose cannon. You never know what she is thinking or if she is thinking.
