In honor of Rocky

My furry grandson Rocky and my daughter Michele were attacked by two pit bulls this morning. Please be cautious when you are walking your dog. The two pits were neighbors across the hall from them. It had always been cordial. For some reason today, it was not. Rocky will be okay. He had several puncture wounds and was treated by a caring vet. Michele’s finger is all swollen on her dominant hand. It was traumatic for all.

I am glad to hear that all will be fine. A lot of times it is not. You hear about this happening all to many times. Sending prayers your way.

I don’t know what caused it. Kali and He went on a walk with the bloggers from RanchRunAmuck and the pittie was just fabulous. As with terriers, it is how they’re raised. Good health to all.

The offender had been found as a stray and seemed to get along with the owners other pittie until this happened.

It is a nightmare. People have to be responsible for their animals. I have had ongoing problems with one of my neighbors. He is a higher up in our village and gets away with a lot with his unleashed and unruly dogs. The police have been out at least four times and the dogs attacked an older lady on Thursday. She did not call the police. I am trying to get her to call. She wound up at the hospital on Friday with heart problems.

Thank you Stuart. It is great to have wonderful Scottie friends. All of the love must have worked. Michele said that Rocky was very excited when she came home from work. He was acting more like his old self.
